Do you really charge no per-order fee?
No. You pay a fixed monthly price based on your number of active subscriptions. No percentage, no cent per transaction.
Does this work with Shopify Payments?
Yes. We use Shopify Selling Plans and the Shopify checkout. You keep your existing payment provider and terms.
How long does installation take?
You request a trial and we send you an install link for your shop. After that it is three steps: install the app, create a subscription plan and switch on the widget in your theme. We help you with it if you like.
Can I migrate existing subscriptions?
Yes. On the Migrate page you copy the plans of your old app and import the running subscriptions from a CSV file. You see per row what will happen before anything is imported. Customers do not have to reorder.
