Installing
- Ask for an install linkBook a demo or email info@loyalo.ai. You get a link that installs Loyalo in your Shopify shop and asks you to approve the permissions.
- Open LoyaloLoyalo is then in the Shopify admin under Apps. You can also log in on admin.loyalo.ai with your Shopify account.
- Choose what you want to useOn the 'Get started' page you pick a goal: subscriptions, a points programme, both, or moving over from another app.
- Follow the stepsYou see the steps for your goal. Loyalo ticks most of them off itself once they are done; you tick off the steps in your theme.
The steps for subscriptions

The steps for the points programme
- Switch on the points programme (Loyalty > Points)
- Create rewards (Loyalty > Rewards)
- Set up tiers, if you want them (Loyalty > Tiers)
- Switch on Loyalo under App embeds in the theme editor

- Overview: the key numbers, AI advice and Get started
- Customers: customers with their points and subscriptions, and chats
- Loyalty: points, rewards, tiers, reviews and brand style
- Subscriptions: subscriptions, deliveries, plans, price changes and standing orders (B2B)
- Analytics: numbers, activity and status
- Settings: emails, widget, AI texts, iDEAL, integrations, API, team, your Loyalo subscription and moving over
If you come from another app, choose the goal 'Migrate'. You copy the plans and import the running subscriptions from a CSV file, without customers getting an email.
Does installing cost money right away?
No. You have 14 days to try everything, B2B and Customer Loyalty included. After that you choose a plan with a fixed monthly price and no fee per order.
Do I have to set everything up at once?
No. The steps on 'Get started' stay until they are done. You only switch on collecting when the rest is in place.
Can I manage several shops?
Yes. On admin.loyalo.ai you log in to several shops and switch between them at the top.
Setting up selling plans
Create subscription plans with frequencies, discounts and products. Loyalo puts them on your products as native Shopify Selling Plans.
Widget on the product page
Put the subscription choice on your product page and set the look, texts and labels. Try a new design as a draft or with an A/B test first.
Importing subscriptions
Move over from Juo, Recharge, Appstle or another app: copy the plans, import subscriptions from a CSV file and switch without customers noticing.
