An honest comparison: what Juo costs according to its own price list, what Loyalo costs, and for which shop which app is the better choice.
What Juo costs
These are the plans as Juo publishes them (Shopify App Store), read on 4 October 2026. Prices may have changed since; check the current price with Juo.

What Loyalo costs
Loyalo charges a fixed amount per month: Growth costs € 99 up to 250 active subscriptions, Scale € 299 above that. There is no percentage of your revenue and no amount per order. Customer Loyalty (points and tiers) is an add-on of € 199 per month; B2B is in Scale B2B for € 499. You try everything free for 14 days.

Your payment provider's fees come on top with every app. At the bottom of this page you can do the maths with your own numbers.

When Juo fits better
- You want what Juo lists in its Pro plan, such as curated boxes, SMS notifications and white-glove onboarding.
- Your subscription revenue is small enough that 1.25% plus $ 0.19 per order comes out below the difference in fixed price.
When Loyalo fits better
- You want a fixed amount per month, without a percentage of your subscription revenue and without an amount per order.
- Your customers pay with iDEAL: the first payment with iDEAL, the following deliveries by SEPA direct debit through your own Mollie account.
- You want subscriptions, a points programme with tiers (add-on Customer Loyalty) and standing orders for business customers (plan Scale B2B) in one app.
- You want a dashboard in Dutch or English, with support in Dutch.
Moving over from Juo
Your existing subscribers do not have to order again. You export the running subscriptions as CSV and map the columns in Loyalo to customer, product, frequency, amount and next delivery date. Loyalo checks every row and shows what will be created; nothing happens until you click Import. The import sends no emails and charges nothing. A payment method comes along when it is stored in Shopify or as an iDEAL mandate in your own Mollie account; otherwise the customer sets it up again.

Can I move from Juo without customers ordering again?
Yes. Loyalo recognises Juo's export, takes over the plans and writes the same tags on the customer and the order as Juo, so your segments and flows keep working.
Does Loyalo have a box the customer builds themselves?
Yes, the box builder: the customer picks products from a collection, one-time or as a subscription, with a discount per size. A box with fixed contents that the shop curates every month is not in Loyalo.
