This is a draft version of this page. The content still needs to be reviewed by a lawyer before publication.

1. The service

Loyalo is a SaaS application that allows Shopify stores to offer subscriptions and loyalty programs to their customers. Loyalo is provided by Loyalo.ai, part of Web Builders, Chamber of Commerce number 93446861.

2. Account and use

  • You connect Loyalo to your own Shopify store and are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
  • You are responsible for managing accounts and permissions of your staff within Loyalo
  • You will not use Loyalo for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts the service for other users
  • You remain responsible for compliance with applicable law towards your own customers

3. Subscription and payment

Loyalo is billed per month or per year. Billing of the Loyalo subscription itself runs through Stripe. Prices are listed on the website or in the app and may vary by plan.

4. Trial period

New customers can try Loyalo free for 14 days. Nothing is charged during the trial. After it ends you choose a plan yourself; if you do not, after a short grace period you can no longer make changes until you choose a plan.

5. Cancellation

A monthly Loyalo subscription can be cancelled per month, a yearly one per year. Cancel via the settings in the app or by contacting info@loyalo.ai. After cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the current paid period.

6. Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep Loyalo reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions; where possible, we announce planned maintenance in advance.

7. Liability

Loyalo is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost revenue arising from use of the service, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid to Loyalo in the three months preceding the event causing the damage.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Loyalo software, widgets and documentation belong to Loyalo.ai, part of Web Builders. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for as long as you have a valid subscription. Data you enter yourself or connect via Shopify remains yours.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will inform you in advance, for example by email or in the app. If you continue using Loyalo after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms and the agreement between you and Loyalo.ai, part of Web Builders are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
