Loyalo as an alternative to Firmhouse
An honest comparison: what Firmhouse costs according to its own price list, what Loyalo costs, and for which shop which app is the better choice.
What Firmhouse costs
These are the plans as Firmhouse publishes them (firmhouse.com/pricing), read on 4 October 2026. Prices may have changed since; check the current price with Firmhouse.

What Loyalo costs
Loyalo charges a fixed amount per month: Growth costs € 99 up to 250 active subscriptions, Scale € 299 above that. There is no percentage of your revenue and no amount per order. Customer Loyalty (points and tiers) is an add-on of € 199 per month; B2B is in Scale B2B for € 499. You try everything free for 14 days.

When Firmhouse fits better
- You sell rental, lease or try & buy: Firmhouse lists those models in its Advanced plan; Loyalo does not have them.
- You need Bancontact: Firmhouse lists it next to iDEAL and SEPA. Loyalo works with iDEAL and SEPA through Mollie and with Shopify's payment methods.
- Your subscription revenue is small enough that 1.25% of it plus € 125 comes out below Loyalo's fixed price.
When Loyalo fits better
- You want a fixed amount per month, without a percentage of your subscription revenue and without an amount per order.
- Your customers pay with iDEAL: the first payment with iDEAL, the following deliveries by SEPA direct debit through your own Mollie account.
- You want subscriptions, a points programme with tiers (add-on Customer Loyalty) and standing orders for business customers (plan Scale B2B) in one app.
- You want a dashboard in Dutch or English, with support in Dutch.
Moving over from Firmhouse
Your existing subscribers do not have to order again. You export the running subscriptions as CSV and map the columns in Loyalo to customer, product, frequency, amount and next delivery date. Loyalo checks every row and shows what will be created; nothing happens until you click Import. The import sends no emails and charges nothing. A payment method comes along when it is stored in Shopify or as an iDEAL mandate in your own Mollie account; otherwise the customer sets it up again.

What is the price difference between Firmhouse and Loyalo?
Firmhouse's Base plan is € 125 per month plus 1.25% of invoiced revenue; the Advanced plan is € 399 plus 1%. Loyalo is € 99 up to 250 active subscriptions and € 299 above that, without a percentage.
Does Loyalo work with iDEAL and SEPA too?
Yes. The customer pays the first time with iDEAL; the following deliveries are collected by SEPA direct debit through your own Mollie account. When a debit fails, the customer gets a payment link.
Can I move over from Firmhouse?
You import the subscriptions themselves as CSV. Payment methods only come along when they are stored in Shopify or as a mandate in your own Mollie account; otherwise the customer sets up the payment method again.
