Subprocessors

To deliver Loyalo, we work with a limited number of subprocessors. Below is an up-to-date overview of who they are, what they're used for and which data they process.

How we select subprocessors

We choose subprocessors that are needed to make Loyalo work and that agree to appropriate terms for processing personal data, such as a data processing agreement or comparable terms.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some subprocessors, such as Klaviyo, Anthropic and Stripe, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, it is done with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How changes are announced

When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and inform active customers, for example by email or a notice in the app, before the change takes effect. This gives you the opportunity to object via info@loyalo.ai if you have reason to.
