Setting up
- SenderThe name of the sender and the address replies go to. A sender address of your own works once your domain is verified; until then Loyalo sends from an address of its own.
- LayoutLogo, brand colour, the background around the email and your company details and social links in the footer.
- LanguageChoose the language of your emails. With 'Each customer in their own language' a customer gets the email in Dutch, English or German, by the language they have in Shopify.
- On or off per emailYou switch every email on or off. For emails with a lead time, such as the announcement of a delivery, you set the number of days beforehand.
- Preview and testYou look at a preview of every email and send yourself a test email.
Loyalo or Klaviyo
When Klaviyo is connected, you choose per email whether Loyalo sends it or Klaviyo gets the event and your flow sends the email. That way a customer never gets two emails for the same moment.
Buttons in the email
The email about the next delivery has buttons with which the customer skips or reschedules the delivery without logging in. The customer confirms the choice on a page in your shop.
Check under Log > Status whether sending went wrong and retry it there. Also check that the email is switched on and that it does not run through Klaviyo.
Can I change the texts of the emails?
You set the layout, the sender, the footer and the text on buttons yourself. The content of every email is written by Loyalo, in three languages. If you want to decide the text entirely yourself, have a Klaviyo flow send the email.
In which languages are the emails available?
Dutch, English and German.
Which address do the emails come from?
From a Loyalo address, or from your own address once your domain is verified. Replies go to the address you enter yourself.
Klaviyo integration
Connect your Klaviyo key, see which events and profile fields Loyalo sends, and test the connection before going live.
Retention and dunning
Make an offer when a customer wants to cancel, win back customers who stopped and have failed payments retried automatically.
